We use flat-rate pricing based on your home’s size, condition, and the service type you choose.
If additional time is needed once we arrive, we’ll contact you for approval before adjusting your service or rate.
Standard Cleaning is designed for ongoing maintenance of a home that is already kept up regularly.
Deep Cleaning includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus detailed work such as baseboards, hard water, door frames, spot wall washing, buildup removal, and thorough attention to high-use areas.
If your home is new to our service, has not been professionally cleaned recently, or you are interested in starting recurring cleanings, we require a Deep Clean first.
This ensures your home is fully refreshed and properly prepared for a consistent maintenance schedule moving forward.
Yes. You can book a one-time cleaning or choose a recurring schedule that fits your needs. We offer weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, and every 4 weeks.
Recurring visits help maintain your home consistently and prevent buildup. Many clients begin with a Deep or Move-In/Move-Out clean before transitioning to regular maintenance.
You can upload photos or schedule a walkthrough to help us assess your home.
Photos provide context, but our team always does a brief in-person walkthrough at the start of service to confirm the scope before cleaning begins.
Yes. Our cleaners bring everything needed for the service you booked. This includes professional-grade tools and products suited to the job.
If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance.
Yes. We offer partial and custom cleanings. Photos or a walkthrough are required so we can accurately assess the areas you want cleaned.
If the space has heavy buildup or hasn’t been cleaned recently, it may be priced at a Deep Clean rate.
Our team will confirm the scope and pricing during the walkthrough before starting.
You don’t need to pre-clean, but clearing clutter and providing access instructions helps our team work more efficiently.
Please also secure pets and ensure water and electricity are available at the time of service.
Yes. We work in many pet-friendly homes. Some of our cleaners pet-sit for customers.
Let us know about your pets and any special instructions so we can plan for a smooth and comfortable visit.
Yes. All CleanerBees cleaners are W-2 employees who are background-checked, trained, and covered under workers’ compensation while on the job.
Our company also carries general liability insurance for added protection. We pay livable wages and provide PTO and paid holidays because well-supported employees deliver better, more consistent service.
No. You can be home or provide an access method such as a door code, lockbox, concierge entry, or key on file.
We’ll confirm your preferred access method before the visit.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and checks. A valid card is required on file for all bookings, even if you intend to pay by cash or check. This helps protect against returned checks or missed payments.
For credit and debit cards a temporary "pending" hold may appear a few days before service; the actual charge occurs after your cleaning.
Yes. If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, there is no fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
If our team arrives but cannot access your home, a $50 lockout fee applies to cover time, travel, and wages.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning and feel like something was missed, just snap some pictures within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.

Yes. We use high-quality products suitable for most homes. We also carry both HEPA and traditional vacuums.
If allergies are a concern and you prefer HEPA equipment, please let us know so we can assign the correct tools.
If you have specific eco-friendly product requests, we can use customer-provided products upon request.
Regular maintenance keeps your home consistently clean and prevents buildup. Most clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, or every 3–4 weeks.
We schedule recurring cleanings on a weekly cadence because it keeps your visits evenly spaced and maintains a reliable routine.
After your first cleaning, we can recommend the best frequency for your home.
Some tasks fall outside standard services and require add-ons or custom arrangements, such as full wall washing (upon request), cleaning second-story exterior windows, heavy lifting, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and infestation removal.
