Payment Information

A valid card is required on file for all bookings, even if you choose to pay with cash or check. This card is only charged in the event of a payment issue, such as a returned check or unpaid balance.
CleanerBees does not store full payment card details on its servers and does not share payment information with third parties except as needed to process transactions or comply with legal requirements.
CleanerBees uses Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, to securely process all credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions. CleanerBees does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive financial data on its servers.
By providing a card on file, you authorize CleanerBees to process charges related to completed services, approved add-ons, deposits, late fees, cancellation fees, lockout fees, or unresolved payment issues in accordance with these Terms.
Having a card on file does not result in automatic charges beyond what is outlined in this Agreement.
Photography and Media Usage
Photography Consent:
CleanerBees may take photos of service areas before or after cleaning for internal purposes such as quality assurance, training, and documenting pre-existing conditions. These photos do not include personal or identifying information.
Marketing use of images requires your explicit consent, which is collected through the Photography Consent section on our booking form or through a recorded verbal confirmation.
If you decline, no photos will be used for promotional or public purposes.
