TERMS OF USE: CleanerBees

By accessing or using this website or booking services with CleanerBees, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

TCPA & Registration Terms:

By submitting your information or registering on our website, you consent to receive auto-dialed and/or pre-recorded calls and text messages from CleanerBees regarding appointments, service updates, account notifications, and promotional offers. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You certify that the phone number provided is your own and agree to update us if it changes.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

- Replying STOP to any SMS message

- Using the unsubscribe link provided in communications

Payment Authorization & Card Policy:
A valid credit or debit card on file is required for all bookings, including clients who elect to pay by cash or check. Certain long-standing clients may continue to pay by check; however, a valid card must remain on file as a backup payment method.

Payments are processed automatically after service completion, typically within one (1) hour.

For certain services, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on the card on file up to three (3) days before service. This hold may appear as a “pending” transaction and verifies funds availability. It is not a finalized charge unless service is completed or a payment issue occurs.

If payment is not received at the time of service, including returned checks or insufficient funds, CleanerBees reserves the right to charge the card on file for the outstanding balance.

A late fee of $25 per invoice per week will apply to overdue balances.

All payment information, including credit card and ACH details, is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. CleanerBees does not store complete payment card numbers or sensitive financial data on its servers.

Payment information is used solely to process authorized transactions, resolve payment issues, or comply with legal obligations. CleanerBees does not sell or share payment information for marketing purposes.

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit may be required for deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services to secure the time and labor required. This deposit will be applied toward the final balance.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to locked entry, incorrect codes, or failure to provide access, a $50 lockout fee will apply to cover time, travel, and labor costs.

Access Requirements:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate access instructions.

If electricity or water is not available at the home at the time of service, we may be unable to perform the cleaning. This may result in a cancellation or lockout fee.

Pricing Estimates, Revisions & Walkthroughs:

All estimates are based on the information and images provided. Photos are helpful but may not capture all details of a home’s condition.

Our team will perform a brief walkthrough at arrival to confirm the scope of work. If the home requires additional time, labor, or a higher level of cleaning than originally estimated, we will notify you and request approval before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.

Scope of Services:

Services are limited to the tasks outlined in the selected service checklist and approved add-ons. Tasks outside of the booked service scope must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

Custom and Partial Cleanings:

CleanerBees offers partial and custom cleaning services upon request. Photos or a walkthrough may be required to determine accurate pricing and service time. If the areas requested have heavy buildup, have not been professionally cleaned recently, or require detailed work, the service may be priced at a Deep Cleaning rate.

Hoarding & Hazardous Conditions Policy:
If a home is determined to contain hazardous conditions, excessive clutter, hoarding, biohazards, unsafe environments, or situations outside the scope of our standard cleaning services, our team has the right to refuse or discontinue service.

Conditions requiring specialized equipment or professional remediation may not be eligible for cleaning.

Any service paused for safety reasons will still incur a fee for time and travel.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
CleanerBees offers a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you believe an area within the originally booked scope of service was missed, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide supporting photos. We will return to address the specific areas at no additional charge.

The guarantee applies only to areas included in the original service scope and does not apply to new or additional tasks requested after service completion.

Damage & Claims:

Any claim of damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion and supported with photographs. CleanerBees reserves the right to inspect and document any reported damage prior to determining resolution.

Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, and unstable or improperly secured items are not covered.

Photography & Documentation Policy:

CleanerBees may take photos before or after service for documentation, quality assurance, and training purposes. These photos are limited to service areas and will never include personal or identifying information.

Consent for marketing use of photos is obtained through our booking form’s Photography Consent section or through recorded verbal consent.

If you do not opt in, photos will be used only for internal purposes such as training, documentation, or quality control.

Employment Status & Non-Solicitation:

CleanerBees provides services through trained W-2 employees. Clients acknowledge that CleanerBees invests substantial time and resources in recruiting, training, and retaining its employees.

Client agrees not to directly solicit, hire, contract, or otherwise engage any CleanerBees employee for private cleaning services outside of CleanerBees for a period of twelve (12) months following the last service date.

Client acknowledges that this restriction is reasonable and necessary to protect CleanerBees’s business interests, goodwill, and employee relationships.

Any violation of this provision may result in liquidated damages equal to $1,500 or the equivalent of six (6) months of projected service revenue, whichever is greater.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any liability related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanerBees’s liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. CleanerBees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Third-Party Websites:

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. CleanerBees does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these third-party websites.

Accessing any third-party website is done at your own discretion.

Copyright:

Content, organization, graphics, design, and other elements of the Site are protected under relevant intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without express prior written permission.

Submissions:

Any suggestions, ideas, or submissions you send us shall become our sole property, usable at our discretion without compensation.

Deleting and Modification:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

GDPR Compliance:

This website and services are primarily intended for individuals located in the United States.
