Payment Terms:

Payments are processed automatically after the completion of service, typically within one hour. If you have concerns about the service, please contact us immediately so we may address them prior to the charge being finalized. Clients may pay via credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, check, or cash.

A valid card on file is required for all bookings, even if you intend to pay by cash or check. This card is only charged in the event of a payment issue, such as a returned check, unpaid balance, or failure to provide payment at the time of service.

A late fee of $25 per invoice per week will apply to overdue balances.

Payment information, including credit card, debit card, and ACH details, is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. CleanerBees does not store complete payment card numbers or sensitive financial data on its own servers.

Payment information is used solely to process authorized transactions, resolve payment issues, or comply with legal obligations. CleanerBees does not sell or share payment information for marketing purposes.

Card Hold Policy:

A temporary authorization hold may be placed on the card on file up to three days before service. This may appear as a “pending” transaction on your statement. The hold verifies that sufficient funds are available, but is not a finalized charge unless the service is completed or a payment issue occurs.

If the appointment is canceled within the required notice period or service is not completed, the hold will be released by your bank according to their processing time.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no fee will apply.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

If our team arrives and cannot gain access to the home or is turned away, a $50 lockout fee will apply to cover lost time, wages, and travel.

Access Requirements:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate access instructions.

If electricity or water is not available at the home at the time of service, we may be unable to perform the cleaning. This may result in a cancellation or lockout fee.

Pricing Estimates & Revisions:

All estimates are based on the information and images provided. Photos are helpful but may not capture all details of a home’s condition.

Our team will perform a brief walkthrough at arrival to confirm the scope of work. If the home requires additional time, labor, or a higher level of cleaning than originally estimated, we will notify you and request approval before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.

Hoarding & Hazardous Conditions Policy:
If a home is determined to contain hazardous conditions, excessive clutter, hoarding, biohazards, unsafe environments, or situations outside the scope of our standard cleaning services, our team has the right to refuse or discontinue service.

Conditions requiring specialized equipment or professional remediation may not be eligible for cleaning.

Any service paused for safety reasons will still incur a fee for time and travel.

Custom and Partial Cleanings:

CleanerBees offers partial and custom cleaning services upon request. Photos or a walkthrough may be required to determine accurate pricing and service time. If the areas requested have heavy buildup, have not been professionally cleaned recently, or require detailed work, the service may be priced at a Deep Cleaning rate.

Acceptance of Agreement:

All custom services must be confirmed during the walkthrough before cleaning begins. Minimum charges apply.You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement with respect to our site ("the Site"). This constitutes the entire agreement between us and you, superseding all prior agreements. We may amend this Agreement at any time.

Photography & Documentation Policy:

CleanerBees may take photos before or after service for documentation, quality assurance, and training purposes. These photos are limited to service areas and will never include personal or identifying information.

Consent for marketing use of photos is obtained through our booking form’s Photography Consent section or through recorded verbal consent.

If you do not opt in, photos will be used only for internal purposes such as training, documentation, or quality control.

Copyright:

Content, organization, graphics, design, and other elements of the Site are protected under relevant intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without express prior written permission.

Deleting and Modification:

We reserve the right to edit or delete any content, including this Agreement, without obligation or notice.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any liability related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

The Site is provided "as-is" and "as available." All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Site.
