TCPA & Registration Terms:

Payment Terms:

Payments are automatically processed at 3 PM on the day following the completion of the service. It is essential to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with the service before this time to prevent the automated charge.

You may choose to pay via ACH transfer or cheque. For cheque payments, please ensure that the cheque is provided to our team before they depart. If you wish to switch to ACH payments, please contact us to adjust your billing method accordingly. A late fee of $25 per invoice per week applies for late payments.

Card Hold Policy:

A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of the booking three days prior to the service. This hold reserves the funds and ensures availability, showing as a pending transaction. The hold will be finalized and captured upon completion of the service. If the service is cancelled or not completed, the hold will be released and funds returned to your account within a few business days.

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure efficiency and availability for all clients, we require advance notice for service cancellations. A $50 cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours' notice is given before the scheduled service date. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please call our office at (904) 595-9521. No-shows and failure to notify us may also incur this fee

Estimate Expiration Policy:

All estimates are valid for 2 weeks from the date of issuance. After this period, clients will need to contact us for an updated estimate reflecting current pricing and availability.

Acceptance of Agreement:

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement with respect to our site ("the Site"). This constitutes the entire agreement between us and you, superseding all prior agreements. We may amend this Agreement at any time.
